D.Use the graph to find the five combinations of the dimes and quarters that will allow Kateri to reach her goal.

Respuesta :

Quarters + Dimes = $10

Quarters = 0.25
Dimes = 0.10

a) 10 / 0.25 = 40 pcs of quarters ; 10 / 0.10 = 100 pcs of dimes
b) 0.25x + 0.10y = $10
c) 0.25x = $10 ; 0.25(40) = $10 ; 10 = 10
    0.10y = $10 ; 0.10(100) = $10 ; 10 = 10
